A. Cancellation Before Order Processing (Within 12 Hours)
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it for a full refund.

B. Cancellation After Order Processing (But Before Shipping)
If your order has already been processed but not yet shipped, you can request a cancellation.
A 10% processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
